Start your college career at Alabama Southern! Transfer to the top of the class!
The first two years of any four-year major can be completed at Alabama Southern. Alabama Southern offers 13 program options for Associate in Arts degrees and 17 program options for Associate in Science degrees. Associate degrees take two years to complete and enable students to transfer to any four-year college as a junior with all core requirements fulfilled. Transfer students who ultimately graduate from a four-year university leave with the same bachelor's degree and job opportunities as the students who spent all four years there, but with a fraction of the debt.
At Alabama Southern students are our number one priority, and we want to help you succeed in college. Alabama Southern has developed a university transfer guide with curricula that correspond to the first two years of various majors at senior institutions. Our faculty advisors work closely with you to ensure your curriculum follows the requirements for your chosen major.
