Basic Keyboarding

This course is designed to help the student develop touch control of the keyboard and proper keyboarding techniques for efficient use of the microcomputer. Basic computer skills will be reinforced and students will learn to keyboard documents such as letters and memos.

Basic class for non-English speaking adults. This class will focus on greetings and introductions, conversational expressions and basic verbal expressions.

Basics of the iPhone, iTouch, iPad

Bring your Apple iPhone, iTouch, or iPad and learn the basics of texting, downloading applications, games and music. This session will also include social networking, Twitter and text messaging language. Equipment will not be provided.

Basic Computer Applications

This class is designed for the basic computer user and those with limited understanding of the basics. Learn how to set up an e-mail account, surf the Internet and other general functions.

Registration will begin Feb 4, at the business office of the respective campus. Building and class locations will be assigned at the time of registration. Space is limited, first come first paid. Advance enrollment is required to determine if the class will be offered. Classes are opened for current students and non-students.
